PART A: UNITED STATES TERMS OF SERVICE
YUANJI AUTOTECH INC
- Scope
Yuanji AutoTech INC is responsible for certain United States-related business activities, including automotive electronic products, module repair support, diagnostic assistance, software authorization, digital delivery, remote technical support, product sales, and order coordination.
This section applies to United States-related transactions, services, customer communications, product sales, digital delivery, technical support, and related business activities handled by Yuanji AutoTech INC.
- Products and Services
Yuanji AutoTech INC may provide automotive electronic products and related services, including:
Automotive electronic parts
Electronic modules
PCB-related products
Module repair support
Diagnostic assistance
Software authorization
Digital files or activation information
Remote technical support
Compatibility confirmation
Technical consultation and after-sales support
All products and services are intended for lawful automotive repair, diagnostics, module testing, replacement, maintenance, software authorization, technical development, and professional service purposes only.
- Order Review and Acceptance
All orders may be subject to review before acceptance. We may request additional information from customers to confirm product compatibility, service requirements, delivery details, payment status, or lawful use.
We reserve the right to refuse, cancel, or hold any order if:
Product compatibility cannot be confirmed

Customers must ensure that any products, modules, vehicles, files, screenshots, photos, diagnostic data, or technical information submitted to us are lawfully obtained and may be lawfully shared with us.
Customers are responsible for confirming that the purchased product or service is suitable for their intended lawful use before placing an order.
- Lawful Use Only
Customers agree not to use our products or services for any illegal, fraudulent, unsafe, unauthorized, or infringing purpose.
Customers must not use our products, services, software authorization, diagnostic support, technical information, digital files, or module support for:
Fraud
Theft
Illegal vehicle modification
Unauthorized access
Unauthorized circumvention
Misrepresentation
Document falsification
Tampering with protected systems
Infringement of third-party rights
Violation of vehicle safety, emissions, consumer protection, or other applicable laws
Any activity prohibited by law or regulation
We reserve the right to refuse service if we believe a request may involve unlawful or unauthorized activity.
- Payments
Customers agree to pay the full amount stated at checkout, on the invoice, or as otherwise confirmed in writing.
Payment may be processed through third-party payment providers. We are not responsible for delays, errors, restrictions, holds, account reviews, or payment decisions made by third-party payment processors.
Orders may not be processed until payment is received and confirmed.
- Delivery
Physical products may be delivered through shipping carriers. Delivery times are estimates only and may be affected by logistics delays, customs review, carrier issues, weather, holidays, or other events outside our control.
Digital products, software authorization, activation information, files, technical instructions, or online service materials may be delivered by email, online communication, download link, customer account, or other digital method.
Digital delivery is considered completed when the digital file, authorization information, activation code, service instruction, technical response, or support material has been sent or made available to the customer.
- Digital Products and Online Services
Digital products, software authorization, activation information, online technical support, diagnostic assistance, and service instructions may be delivered electronically.
Because digital products and online services cannot normally be returned once delivered, all digital product sales and online service fees may be considered final once delivery has been completed, unless otherwise required by applicable law or expressly agreed by us in writing.
- Returns and Refunds
Refund eligibility depends on the product type, service status, delivery status, and applicable law.
Physical products may be eligible for return only if approved by us in advance and if the product is unused, undamaged, complete, and returned according to our instructions.
Digital products, software authorization, activation information, delivered files, remote technical services, diagnostic support, compatibility review, and completed service work are generally non-refundable once delivered, started, or completed, unless required by applicable law or expressly agreed by us in writing.
We may refuse refunds if:
The product or service has already been delivered
The digital file or authorization information has been sent
Technical support or service work has already started
The customer provided incorrect information
The customer ordered an incompatible product without confirmation
The product was damaged, altered, misused, or installed incorrectly
The refund request is fraudulent, abusive, or unsupported

- Chargebacks and Payment Disputes
Customers agree to contact us first to resolve any order, delivery, product, service, or payment issue before opening a chargeback or payment dispute.
If a customer opens a chargeback or payment dispute after a product or service has been delivered, we may provide payment processors, banks, or dispute review teams with order records, invoices, delivery records, digital delivery proof, customer communications, support records, screenshots, technical records, and other evidence reasonably necessary to respond to the dispute.
- Technical Support Limitations
Technical support is provided based on the information available to us and the details provided by the customer. Results may vary depending on the condition of the vehicle, module, PCB, electronic component, wiring, software version, prior repair history, customer tools, installation quality, and other factors outside our control.
We do not guarantee that every technical issue can be solved. We are not responsible for problems caused by incorrect installation, improper operation, third-party parts, damaged modules, incompatible vehicles, customer error, unauthorized modification, or conditions not disclosed to us before service.
- No Professional Legal or Manufacturer Warranty
Our products and services are provided for automotive electronic repair, diagnostics, technical support, module testing, software authorization, and related lawful professional purposes.
Unless expressly stated in writing, we are not affiliated with, sponsored by, authorized by, or endorsed by any vehicle manufacturer, brand owner, software owner, or third-party company.
All third-party names, vehicle brands, trademarks, part numbers, logos, and references are used only for identification, compatibility, repair, diagnostic, or descriptive purposes.
PART B: HONG KONG TERMS OF SERVICE
YUANJI TRADING COMPANY LIMITED
- Scope
Yuanji Trading Company Limited is responsible for certain Hong Kong and international business activities, including automotive electronic products, PCB-related products, module repair support, diagnostic assistance, software authorization, digital delivery, product sourcing, customer support, and related services.
This section applies to Hong Kong-related and international transactions, product sales, technical services, customer support, digital delivery, and website use handled by Yuanji Trading Company Limited.
- Products and Services
Yuanji Trading Company Limited may provide automotive electronic products and related services, including:
Automotive electronic parts
PCB-related products
Electronic modules
Module repair support
Diagnostic assistance
Software authorization
Digital delivery
Technical consultation
Product sourcing
Customer support and after-sales service
All products and services are provided for lawful repair, diagnostics, maintenance, testing, module replacement, technical development, and professional service purposes only.
- Customer Information and Order Confirmation
Customers must provide accurate order information, product requirements, vehicle or module details, shipping information, payment information, and technical support details.
We may request additional information before accepting or processing an order. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order if the information provided is incomplete, inaccurate, suspicious, unlawful, or inconsistent with our service scope.
- Lawful and Authorized Use
Customers must use all products, services, software authorization, digital files, diagnostic assistance, and technical support only for lawful and authorized purposes.
Customers must not use our products or services for fraud, theft, illegal modification, unauthorized access, unauthorized circumvention, infringement, falsification, unsafe operation, or any activity prohibited by applicable laws or regulations.
We may refuse service if we believe a request may violate applicable law, third-party rights, safety requirements, or these Terms of Service.
- Payment and Order Processing
Customers agree to pay all confirmed charges, including product price, service fees, shipping fees, taxes, customs charges, payment processing fees, or other applicable fees where stated.
Orders may be processed only after payment is received and confirmed.
Third-party payment providers may process payments. We are not responsible for payment delays, reviews, holds, restrictions, or decisions made by third-party payment providers.
- Shipping and Customs
For physical products, customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.
International shipments may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, inspection, clearance delays, brokerage fees, or other charges imposed by the destination country or region. Unless otherwise stated, customers are responsible for such charges.
We are not responsible for delays caused by customs, shipping carriers, incorrect addresses, import restrictions, or events outside our control.

Digital files, authorization information, service instructions, software-related materials, diagnostic support, and remote technical assistance may be delivered electronically.
Digital delivery is considered completed when the relevant file, authorization information, instruction, technical response, or service material has been sent or made available to the customer.
Once digital delivery or online technical service has started or been completed, the order may not be eligible for refund unless required by applicable law or expressly agreed by us in writing.
- Returns, Refunds, and Service Fees
Physical product returns must be approved by us in advance. Returned products must be unused, undamaged, complete, and returned according to our instructions.
Digital products, software authorization, activation information, delivered files, online technical services, diagnostic assistance, compatibility confirmation, and completed service work are generally non-refundable once delivered, started, or completed.
We may deduct shipping costs, payment processing fees, inspection costs, or other reasonable costs from any approved refund where permitted by applicable law.
- Technical Service Limitations
Technical services are provided based on the information, files, photos, screenshots, module details, and vehicle-related information provided by the customer.
We do not guarantee that every technical issue can be resolved. We are not responsible for damage, failure, incompatibility, malfunction, data loss, installation error, improper use, third-party repair, or undisclosed conditions.
- Intellectual Property and Third-Party Rights
Unless otherwise stated, our website content, service materials, product descriptions, technical documents, images, text, business names, and related materials are owned by us or legally used by us.
Customers may not copy, resell, distribute, reproduce, reverse engineer, modify, publish, or misuse our content, files, authorization information, service materials, or technical documents without our written permission.
Third-party names, trademarks, vehicle brands, logos, and part numbers are used only for identification, compatibility, repair, diagnostic, or descriptive purposes.
PART C: GENERAL TERMS APPLICABLE TO ALL CUSTOMERS

Customers agree to use our website only for lawful purposes.
Customers must not interfere with website operation, attempt unauthorized access, misuse checkout systems, submit false information, upload harmful files, attempt fraud, or use the website in a way that violates applicable law or these Terms of Service.

- Product Compatibility
Customers should confirm product compatibility before placing an order.
Where compatibility depends on vehicle model, module number, PCB version, software version, part number, wiring, diagnostic condition, or other technical details, customers must provide accurate information.
We are not responsible for compatibility problems caused by incorrect, incomplete, outdated, or misleading information provided by the customer.
- Customer Files and Technical Data
Customers may submit photos, screenshots, diagnostic information, module information, vehicle-related information, files, or technical data for compatibility confirmation, repair support, software authorization, or diagnostic assistance.
Customers represent that they have the lawful right to provide such materials to us.
Customers must not submit illegal, stolen, unauthorized, infringing, confidential, harmful, or unrelated materials.
- Prohibited Uses
Customers must not use our products or services for:
Illegal activity
Fraud
Theft
Unauthorized access
Unauthorized circumvention
Infringement of intellectual property rights
Misrepresentation
Unsafe operation
Violation of vehicle laws, safety laws, consumer protection laws, emissions laws, or other applicable laws
Any activity that may damage our business, reputation, payment processing, website security, or legal compliance
- No Guarantee of Results
We aim to provide professional products and support, but we do not guarantee that every product, service, diagnostic request, repair support request, software authorization, or technical issue will produce a specific result.
Results may depend on factors outside our control, including the customer’s vehicle, module condition, prior repairs, third-party parts, tools, installation quality, software version, and accuracy of information provided.
- Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, or business losses, including loss of profit, loss of revenue, loss of data, loss of use, business interruption, vehicle downtime, third-party repair costs, or customer misuse.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, our total liability for any claim related to a product or service shall not exceed the amount actually paid by the customer for the specific product or service giving rise to the claim.
- Indemnification
Customers agree to indemnify and hold harmless Yuanji AutoTech INC, Yuanji Trading Company Limited, their owners, officers, employees, contractors, service providers, and partners from claims, losses, damages, liabilities, costs, or expenses arising from:
Customer misuse of products or services
Violation of these Terms of Service
Violation of applicable law
Unauthorized or unlawful use
Incorrect information provided by the customer
Customer-submitted files, data, or materials
Claims from third parties caused by customer actions
- Force Majeure
We are not responsible for delay or failure caused by events outside our reasonable control, including natural disasters, war, strikes, customs delays, shipping delays, internet outages, payment processor issues, supplier delays, government actions, epidemics, power outages, or other force majeure events.
- Changes to Products, Services, and Terms
We may update products, services, prices, descriptions, policies, and these Terms of Service from time to time.
The updated Terms of Service will be posted on this website. Continued use of the website, products, or services after updates are posted means the customer accepts the updated terms.
- Governing Law
For transactions, products, services, and disputes handled by Yuanji AutoTech INC, these Terms of Service shall be governed by applicable United States law and, where applicable, the laws of the State of Wyoming, unless mandatory consumer protection law provides otherwise.
For transactions, products, services, and disputes handled by Yuanji Trading Company Limited, these Terms of Service shall be governed by the laws of Hong Kong, unless mandatory consumer protection law provides otherwise.
- Severability
If any part of these Terms of Service is found to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in effect to the fullest extent permitted by law.
