PART A: UNITED STATES SHIPPING POLICY
YUANJI AUTOTECH INC
- Scope
Yuanji AutoTech INC is responsible for certain United States-related business activities, including automotive electronic products, module repair support, diagnostic assistance, software authorization, digital delivery, remote technical support, product sales, and order coordination.
This section applies to United States-related orders, shipments, digital delivery, technical services, and customer support handled by Yuanji AutoTech INC.
- Order Processing
Orders may be reviewed before processing. We may need to confirm product compatibility, service requirements, shipping information, payment status, or customer-provided technical details before shipping or delivery.
Orders may not be processed until payment is received and confirmed.

- Shipping of Physical Products

Tracking updates are controlled by the shipping carrier. We are not responsible for carrier tracking delays, incomplete tracking updates, or temporary tracking system errors.
- Lost or Delayed Packages

We may assist customers in checking the shipping status with the carrier, but we are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, customs, weather, holidays, incorrect address, or events outside our control.
- Digital Delivery
Some products or services may be delivered digitally instead of physically shipped.
Digital delivery may include software authorization, activation information, digital files, service instructions, diagnostic support materials, remote technical guidance, or other online service materials.
Digital delivery is considered completed when the relevant file, authorization information, activation code, technical instruction, service response, or support material has been sent or made available to the customer.
PART B: HONG KONG SHIPPING POLICY
YUANJI TRADING COMPANY LIMITED

Yuanji Trading Company Limited is responsible for certain Hong Kong and international business activities, including automotive electronic products, PCB-related products, module repair support, diagnostic assistance, software authorization, digital delivery, product sourcing, customer support, and related services.
This section applies to Hong Kong-related and international orders, physical shipments, digital delivery, technical services, and customer support handled by Yuanji Trading Company Limited.
- Order Processing
Orders may be processed after payment confirmation and review of product availability, customer requirements, shipping information, compatibility details, and service scope.
Some products may require additional preparation, inspection, configuration, sourcing, packaging, or compatibility confirmation before shipment.
Processing time may vary depending on product type, inventory, supplier availability, customer communication, payment status, and order complexity.
- International Shipping

We are not responsible for delivery failure, delay, return, loss, or additional cost caused by incorrect or incomplete customer-provided information.
- Refused or Unclaimed Packages
If a package is refused, unclaimed, returned by the carrier, blocked by customs, or returned due to customer-related reasons, we may deduct shipping fees, return shipping fees, customs fees, handling fees, storage fees, payment processing fees, and other related costs from any approved refund.
- Digital Delivery and Online Services
Some orders may be delivered electronically instead of physically shipped.
Digital delivery may include digital files, software authorization, activation information, service instructions, diagnostic support materials, remote technical assistance, or other online service materials.
Digital delivery is considered completed when the relevant file, authorization information, instruction, technical response, or service material has been sent or made available to the customer.
PART C: GENERAL SHIPPING AND DELIVERY TERMS APPLICABLE TO ALL CUSTOMERS
- Physical Products and Digital Services
Our business may provide both physical products and digital or online services.
Physical products may require shipping.
Digital products, software authorization, technical support, diagnostic assistance, and online service materials may be delivered electronically.
Not every order includes physical shipping.
- Delivery Confirmation
For physical products, delivery may be confirmed by carrier tracking information, delivery scan, signature confirmation, delivery photo, customs record, or other carrier-provided delivery evidence.
For digital products or online services, delivery may be confirmed by email records, message records, download links, activation information, service instructions, support records, screenshots, files sent, or other digital delivery evidence.

- Shipping Fees

If a physical product arrives damaged, customers must contact us within 7 days after delivery and provide clear evidence, including photos or videos of the package, product, label, and damage.
We may review the situation and offer a reasonable solution, such as replacement, repair support, partial refund, full refund, or carrier claim assistance, depending on the circumstances.
Damage claims may be refused if the product was damaged by customer handling, installation, misuse, incorrect wiring, improper operation, third-party repair, or unauthorized modification.
- Incorrect or Missing Items
If customers believe an order contains incorrect or missing items, they must contact us within 7 days after delivery and provide order information, package photos, product photos, labels, and other reasonable evidence.
We may review the order and provide a reasonable solution if an error is confirmed.
- Delivery Delays
Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed.
We are not responsible for delivery delays caused by shipping carriers, customs, weather, holidays, incorrect addresses, import restrictions, customer delay, payment review, supplier delay, force majeure events, or other factors outside our control.
- Risk of Loss
Risk of loss or damage for physical products may transfer to the customer once the product is delivered to the shipping carrier, unless otherwise required by applicable law or expressly agreed by us in writing.
Customers should inspect packages promptly after delivery and contact us quickly if there is a delivery issue.
- Address Changes
Customers should contact us as soon as possible if they need to change the shipping address.
We cannot guarantee address changes after an order has been processed, shipped, or handed over to the carrier.
If an address change causes additional shipping fees, delay, return, or failed delivery, the customer may be responsible for the related costs.
- No Physical Shipment for Digital Orders
For digital products, software authorization, activation information, diagnostic assistance, remote support, or online technical services, no physical package may be shipped.
Customers should check their email, customer account, message records, or agreed communication channel for digital delivery.
- Changes to This Policy
We may update this Shipping Policy from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this website with the effective date shown above or a revised date where applicable.
Continued use of this website, products, or services after an updated policy is posted means that the customer accepts the updated policy.
